TBV is a technology commercialization company based in Singapore and established by Singapore’s Nanyang Technological University. TBV’s key areas of technology focus are Cleantech and Smart City
technologies and works closely with companies to develop and bring their innovations and services to international markets.
TBV has developed partnerships with several corporates in China and Southeast Asia. In 2017, TBV established a Joint Venture with Hong Kong listed PC Partner to incubate cleantech start-ups in Singapore. In July 2019, TBV signed a collaboration agreement with Vanke, China’s second largest real estate company, to establish and manage an Innovation Center in China to commercialize Smart City Technologies. Through its extensive network and partnerships, TBV is able to help Clients access expertise and knowledge for a wide range of technologies, especially in China.
TBV also provides innovation training support to Partners by leveraging on its relationship to Nanyang Technological University and other universities in Singapore and Asia. For example, TBV has collaborated with Singapore universities to provide customized courses to overseas academics and students from China and Korea for a variety of topics including Cybersecurity, Smart Cities, Entrepreneurship and Education Innovation.

A customized training program designed to provide an experiential learning experience for participants to learn, explore and engage commercialization opportunities in the latest disruptive technologies.
- Technology Priming Seminars conducted by university professors and industry experts on the latest technology developments and visits to key laboratories/technology landmarks. Participants will gain an appreciation of the opportunities in high tech innovations.
- Entrepreneurship Coaching Training in designing and pitching of business plan. Experienced investors and entrepreneurs will share their experience and provide feedback to enhance the business plans. A business plan competition can be organized to select the best idea for collaboration with Techbridge after the program.
- Innovation Ecosystem Immersion Introduction to the innovation ecosystem in Singapore and other markets. For example, visits to universities, incubators, start-ups and government research institutes can be arranged. A great opportunity for participants to expand their network in Singapore and international markets.
